Mind over matter

People are filling up the auditorium. I’m skipping a run to hear a runner. It’s going to be worth it. “Mind Over Matter.” I’m looking forward to the content.

(Ooh, reception after the event. Nice. Free food.)

Regina Alston, NCCU faculty, takes the stage: “Eagle Pride. Amplified.” NCCU-ism.
Alston leads the QEP–Quality Enhancement Plan. The goal is to help students communicate to succeed. One of the ways NCCU is doing that is with outside speakers. So, Alston heard Goggins speak in FL and just had to get him up here.
